These Terms govern your use of the Brutek game (“Brutek”). By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Brutek.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use Brutek.

Your account

Your account is generated from your verified email. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You may request account deletion from Settings → Privacy & account → Delete account.

Virtual items & purchases

• Brutek includes virtual items (e.g. gold, fairy dust, cosmetic skins) and an optional membership. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use within the game — not sold.
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refunds are handled by those stores and by applicable law.
• Randomised items (the Skinforge) disclose their odds in-app before purchase.
• We may change, add, or retire virtual items and prices over time.

Fair play & conduct

Accept these rules before creating a player name, profile link or message. Do not post or share:

• Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech or content targeting a protected group.
• Sexual content, exploitation or abuse of children, or content promoting violence or illegal activity.
• Scams, spam, impersonation, or another person’s private information without permission.

Do not cheat, exploit, attack or disrupt the service. Use the in-app Report action for objectionable messages or players, and Block to stop contact. Reports are available to the operator for review; content may be removed and accounts suspended. You may message @restingdev on Telegram to appeal a decision. Purchasing an announcement never exempts content from these rules.

Sponsor placements

The optional Town area may contain clearly labelled sponsored displays. Opening sponsor details is optional, and leaving Brutek requires a separate outbound-link action. External sites are operated under their own terms and privacy policies.

Weekly Draw

The weekly raffle is paused. No new tickets are earned, entries are closed, and no raffle prizes are offered. Purchasing anything in Brutek does not enter you into a draw. Any future promotion will have separately published dates, eligibility rules and terms before entries open.

Intellectual property

Brutek and its original code, art, and audio are owned by us or our licensors. Some assets are used under third-party licenses — see the in-app Credits & licenses page. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game; you don’t acquire ownership of the game or its content.

Disclaimers & liability

Brutek is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any).

Termination

You may stop using Brutek and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
